"Thanks so much for the gift of attending your retreat. It was wonderful! You shared your wisdom in a way that was easy to understand and appreciate. I'm inspired to attempt daily meditation because the experiences I had on the day were fantastic and so much more enjoyable than when I try meditation on my own.The retreat was way more than meditation. I gained insight and appreciation of me, others and the universe - and the food was great too! Thank you." ~ Danielle
" I just have to express huge Gratitude to Chad and Andrea for the amazing retreat day they put together today! Can't recommend it enough to anyone able to attend in future. Very well put together..the perfect blend of meditation practises with some very advanced teachings mixed in. Stunning location. Came away feeling completely reset. Such a beautiful mix of minds in attendance too. Namaste 🙏" - Monique O'Rourke
"I'm floating on a meditative cloud enhanced by our shared time. You took me places I have not previously gone and I am enjoying the personal challenges which arose ... 30 years meditating and I am still learning about myself and my connection to the universe. I'm a bit of a ' RULES Sceptic' so I aligned with your gentle yet 'jelly' firm style which allowed me to be fully absorbed/engaged in our process. Well done and Yahoooo!
Namaste and loving hugs." ~ Ric.
"You led the group skilfully and mindfully, and made ancient teachings accessible to all of us, irrespective of our level of experience. I had a wonderful day of clarity and peace, and have been using lots of the techniques you taught us, especially the breathing. It calms my nervous system down instantly." ~ Allie
"I have just completed a one day retreat with Chad Foreman together with a good size mixed group of different levels of meditation experience. The retreat was well organised in a great venue, proved excellent value and am so much more familiar with meditation for it. Would highly recommend to anybody at any stage in their meditation practice and hope to sit together with Chad again soon. Great Work. Thank you." ~ Kirk
"Good meditation workshops and retreats are hard to come by... I am generally wary of 'mindfulness' retreats and workshops run by yoga teachers or life coach types taking advantage of the growing interest in meditation without genuine meditation experiences and knowledge of the wisdom traditions to back their offerings. On the other end of the spectrum, I have attended meditation retreats with traditional approaches by ordained teachers. However, I did not hesitate with Chad Foreman's offerings. His journey through the Tibetan Buddhist monastic tradition and outside of that path only lend volumes to his approach to encourage everyone into the way to meditation and with this inclusive perspective, he offers genuine 'mindfulness' meditation practice delivered in up-to-date plain and easy to understand terms for the new contemporary meditator to benefit." ~ Julie
"Chad holds the space well, making room for all levels of experience and gives all the relevant supporting spiritual context attributed to those age-old traditions, so that you can trust the process of using these tools and techniques, and yet be confident to rest in your own subjective experiences at where you are." ~ Lin
"I truly loved the retreat and was inspired on so many levels. I’m so happy that you stuck to your guns after your time as a monk and that your good intentions and actions are contributing to greater well being in the world. It's great to be witnessing this." ~ Sabine
