Program For The Day:
Relaxation Breath-Work
We start the day with
relaxation exercises and
breath-work to calm the nervous system and overcome stress and anxiety. You will learn how to use
breathing techniques to clear away stress, relax the body and prepare the mind for meditation.
Mindfulness
Mindfulness is the foundation of a calm, clear and healthy mind and is at the core of meditation practice. You will learn about the process and stages of mindfulness along with how to use mindfulness to overcome stress and anxiety and find peace.
Loving Kindness
Learn and practice loving kindness meditations to cultivate love, compassion, forgiveness and deep acceptance of yourself and others. Developing a loving presence within meditation training is both physically and emotionally healthy.
Divine Confidence
You will learn
Tantra methods of imagining yourself as enlightened energy - a powerful way to take the result on the path and see yourself as whole and complete.
Bliss
There will be teachings and guided practice on
Inner Fire Meditation which is a powerful meditation to connect with bliss, heal the body and easily achieve deep insights into your true self.
Non-Dual Effortless Meditation
There will be teachings on how to deconstruct limiting self beliefs, and guided practice into connecting with the profound peace and stillness of non-dual awareness.
There will be guidance into the essence of being, the natural simplicity of pure awareness. With pointing out instructions on how to embody your innate perfection with
effortless meditation.
This last session will focus on the direct path of awakening and you will learn how to directly meditate with the essential awakened nature of your own being.
DISCUSSIONS / Q&A
There will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions and clear up any doubts or confusion about any of the ideas discussed or the methods.
The program is based around the three ways to develop the wisdom of meditation:
1) Listening to meditation teachings
2) Discussing & Contemplating
3)
Practicing the methods
The retreat day will provide a
safe place for group discussion and deep inquiry into the ideas and methods around meditation. The discussions will draw on the collective wisdom of the group framed by
deep respect for all participants.
